Mount Kisco Recreation Youth Programs offers youth programming that is part of a larger set of recreation options that also include preschool, adult, and over 55 programs. The programs are connected with facilities such as Leonard Park, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, outdoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, a memorial pool and complex, and a senior center, along with a teahouse that is not available at this time. The memorial pool and complex and the senior center each list dedicated phone numbers for families to call for hours of operation.

Mount Kisco Recreation Youth Programs is part of community partnerships that include the Bedford Central School District, North East Westchester Special Recreation, Westchester County Parks, and Friends of Leonard Park. The leadership team includes Recreation Superintendent Kyle Thornton, Assistant Superintendent Kathy Laoutaris, Recreation Supervisor-Seniors Sydney Burlingame, Recreation Leader George Price, and Recreation Assistant Gail Hall.
