Mount Kisco Recreation Youth Programs and Camps take place across several Mount Kisco recreation facilities, including Leonard Park and multiple court and play areas. Program activities can use tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, outdoor basketball courts, volleyball courts, the Memorial Pool & Complex, and the Fox Senior Center, depending on the specific offering.

Since 1875, Mount Kisco has been an incorporated Village under the Village Law of the State of New York, and it became a coterminous and independent Village/Town of Mount Kisco effective January 1, 1978. The recreation department leadership team includes Kyle Thornton as Recreation Superintendent, Kathy Laoutaris as Assistant Superintendent, Sydney Burlingame as Recreation Supervisor-Seniors, George Price as Recreation Leader, and Gail Hall as Recreation Assistant. Leonard Park, the playground, outdoor basketball courts, and volleyball courts are open to Mount Kisco residents, and the tennis/pickleball courts are open to Village/Town of Mount Kisco taxpayers or to non-Village/Town taxpayers with a paid membership. The Teahouse is not available at this time. The program is connected with community organizations including the Bedford Central School District, North East Westchester Special Recreation, Friends of Leonard Park, and Westchester County Parks.
