Ramah Day Camp in Nyack

Ramah Day Camp in Nyack offers a magical Jewish day camp experience where Judaism is integral to daily activities. The camp provides children entering Pre-K through 9th grade with a camping experience that emphasizes campers being safe, happy, secure, and experiencing growth, excitement, learning, and fun.

The mission of Ramah Day Camp in Nyack is to create a climate of purposeful inclusion to support all individuals and honor the diversity of Jewish life. The camp highlights joy at camp, staff reunions, welcoming shlichim (Israeli staff), and milestone moments of growth for campers (chanichim) and staff (tzevet) in its 2025 Ramah Nyack Impact Report. During the summer season, the camp publishes a weekly Kol Ramah newsletter. The leadership team includes Rabbi Ami Hersh (Director), Adina Rothman (Director of Operations), Amy Rosuck (Director of Finance), Randi Kattan (Director of Communications), Jess Baden (Program Coordinator), and Keren Kimchy (Business Coordinator). The Livnot Atid Capital Campaign focuses on improving staff dormitory infrastructure and further “greening” the camp facility, and the camp describes investment in staff (tzevet) as an investment in the camper program. Summer 2026 registration is open.
