Not Just Art offers Music Together classes, art classes, science classes, and a variety of parent/child and separation classes. Children can take part in Preschool Enrichment, PreK and elementary after school programs, birthday parties, play dates, custom events, a drop-in art studio, scout troop badge activities, seasonal workshops, school vacation and holiday programs, summer mini camps, family activities, and offsite events for schools and special groups.

• Schedule: Winter Session begins January 5, Saturday, February 7 classes are running as scheduled, and Spring Session begins April 13, with the schedule available mid-February.
Not Just Art is a children's creative enrichment center for children birth through ten years old and their families. The program offers art programs that include both drop-off and with-adult options, as well as small parties at the Not Just Art studio. Music Together classes are offered during the school year in Oyster Bay, Garden City, Huntington, and West Islip, with summer classes in Oyster Bay and West Islip, and all programs are offered in the Oyster Bay location. The calendar includes flexible music, art, and science classes and activities for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary age kids, in a relaxed, child-friendly environment and approach that accommodates a wide range of ages, interests, and abilities. Many children with special needs can be seamlessly included, and therapists regularly recommend Not Just Art to their clients. Every child experiences respectful, nurturing teachers, cozy class sizes, exploratory curricula, developmentally appropriate activities, and moments of joyful wonder and discovery.
Not Just Art includes a specialty toy store with high quality art supplies and kits, musical toys and instruments, science supplies and kits, construction toys, games, infant toys, and more. Many items in the store have been featured in “best of” parent lists and in teacher resource catalogs for those working with special needs children, are used in Montessori-based and/or Waldorf programs, and have been tested in Not Just Art classrooms and approved by children, parents, and teaching staff. Not Just Art is celebrating over 30 years of “Children, Creativity & Community!” and lists a manager contact at [email protected]. The program also runs offsite events for schools and special groups.
