What’s Cooking? is guided by Nadya Sprei, a personal chef and mother of a 9-year-old child named Talia. The kitchen is completely nut free and offers an inclusive environment, with special needs programs for both kids and adults and workshops and classes that cater to allergy restrictions such as gluten-free and dairy-free cooking and baking. The program describes its offerings as the most hands-on cooking classes and birthday parties on Long Island for kids and adults, with party themes that are described as limitless when it comes to cooking and baking, and it is always offering private events and mini celebrations. The mission statement says that the kitchen is completely nut free and that it aims to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, encouraged, and happy. Reviews from culinary students and birthday parents are available on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
