The leadership team includes Kirk Dueker (Lead Pastor, Leadership Team / Discipleship / Missions), Maryanne Meier (Executive Director, Leadership Team / Operations), Jeffrey Reuter (Associate Pastor, Leadership Team / Hope Groups), Noah Barnard (Worship Director, Leadership Team / Worship), Ann Marie Pavone (Pastoral Assistant, Leadership Team / Discipleship), John Brown (Communications & Information Technology Director, Leadership Team / Communications & Information Technology), Dave Hurlbutt (Connections Director, Leadership Team), and Chris Folwell (Center 4 Hope Director, Leadership Team / Center 4 Hope).
Through the Center 4 Hope, the broader ministry shares the love of Christ through food, medical care, and career and financial counseling. Food support is available for Greece residents on a monthly basis by appointment. There are volunteer opportunities in the community to assist people in need, as well as volunteer teams that serve beyond national borders.
