Martial Arts America Karate Programs offers Karate classes for kids, juniors, teens, and adults, along with Fitness Kickboxing and Iaido (Samurai Sword). The program includes Isshin-Ryu Karate classes specifically organized as Kids Karate (ages 4–5), Juniors Karate (ages 6–12), Teen Karate (ages 13–17), and Adult Karate (ages 18 and up).

• Schedule: Class options Monday to Friday between 4 PM and 8 PM, and on Saturday between 8 AM and 1 PM
• Price: $79 New Student Starter Course – 2 weeks of classes, plus a Karate uniform
The New Student Starter Course includes a Karate uniform. Martial Arts America has been offering instruction and training in Karate since 1980 and has taught thousands of students. The head instructors, Kelly Williams, Jon Emerson, and James Cornell, are experienced black belt instructors. The stated goal of Martial Arts America of Rochester is to empower individuals in all aspects of their life by applying the program’s values of martial arts. The three branches serve the communities of Rochester, Brighton, Pittsford, Henrietta, Penfield, Fairport, Webster, Perinton, Gananda, Macedon, Rush, and Irondequoit.
Parents and students have shared that this karate experience has boosted self-confidence and self-esteem, and that students have learned about commitment and sacrifice in working toward major goals.
