The Warrior Factory Rochester’s mission states that it offers customers of all ages a new and innovative way to have fun and stay fit, with dedicated Ninja classes, open play sessions, and birthday parties. The mission also states that its goal is to provide a safe and healthy lifestyle choice for families through this active format.

The program’s history notes that in 2016 Bernard and Carl believed the hobby of Ninja would become something more, and construction on the first “Obstacle Park” began in February 2017. The leadership team includes General Manager Luke Sworts, Team Lead Nicole Chipembere, Team Lead Parris “Perry” Strickland, and Team Lead Logan. Staff credentials include CPR and First Aid certifications for Luke Sworts, Nicole Chipembere, Parris Strickland, and Logan, along with Luke’s MS in Creative Arts Therapy and NinjaSport Certified Ninja Coach credential, Nicole’s MA in Clinical & Forensic Psychology and Certified Forensic Technician (CFT) credential, and Logan’s NinjaSport Certified Ninja Coach credential.

Documented achievements include Luke Sworts serving as a course tester for ANW 11 in Seattle, Washington, placing 3rd overall at the Cinco de Mjolnir ULTRA VIKING 8 HOUR 2019 in Greenville, New York, 1st place in his age group at the Lilac Festival 5K in 2019 in Rochester, New York, and 1st place at Goliathon G8 on June 3, 2023. Logan’s achievements include 1st place in the Adult Male division at WNL Tier 1 Midwest Regionals 2024 and 10th place in the Adult Male division at WNL Tier 1 World Champion 2024.
