The Warrior Factory Rochester offers Tiny Ninja, Novice Ninja, Intermediate Ninja, Advanced Ninja, Adult/Teen Ninja, and Ninja Day Camps. The programs use obstacles and obstacle sections such as upper body, lower body, and trampoline, and the camps are offered in half-day and full-day formats.

The Warrior Factory says it builds physical and mental strength through obstacles and aims to provide a safe and healthy lifestyle choice for families. Its leadership team includes Luke Sworts, General Manager; Colton Venti, Team Lead; Parris Strickland, Team Lead; Kenzie Blair, Team Lead; and Logan, Head Coach. Luke Sworts, Colton Venti, Parris Strickland, Kenzie Blair, and Logan all have CPR and First Aid certification, and Luke Sworts is also MS Creative Arts Therapy and NinjaSport Certified Ninja Coach.

Minimum enrollment is required for some classes. Drop-in options are listed for several classes. Novice Ninja says Ultimate Members get 50% off classes and Recreation Members get 10% off. Summer camps note sibling discounts and that single-day registration may become available based on enrollment. Interested 13-15 year-olds can inquire about volunteer opportunities to be a Coach-In-Training.
