Athlete Mollie Gribbin shares that from her first free trial Parisi session through speed and acceleration work and one-on-one lifting sessions, she learned about herself as a person and athlete and could push herself to reach new levels and meet high goals while working out in a fun environment. Parent Mitch Smith states that his son Brady trained in the Parisi program for six years before being offered a full scholarship to play hockey at the University of Wisconsin Madison, and that the training set him apart from others and contributed to an open and honest bond between them.
