Parisi Speed School offers training for youth athletes that includes speed and acceleration work, speed and agility training, and other sports performance training. The program includes youth sports training, performance training, and sports performance enhancement using structured physical training programs. Athletes can also take part in one-on-one lifting sessions as part of the Parisi Youth Sports Training System, which is a proprietary methodology with proven results for youth from age 7 to 18 and beyond.

Parisi Speed School has been developing training techniques to improve speed and agility in young athletes for over 30 years, and more than 1 million athletes have trained through the Parisi system. The system is available in more than 100 facilities and health clubs worldwide, and Parisi Speed School has over 100 locations in the United States and worldwide. Over 130 NFL Draft Picks and first round draft picks in every major sport have used the Parisi Training System. The program focuses on improving speed of movement and strength in character, and its mission is to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed of movement and strength in character regardless of ability or economic status, with a vision to empower America’s youth through increased fitness, confidence, and performance.

The leadership team includes Founder Bill Parisi; COO / CMO Carol Punchello; Affiliate Support Specialist George Stephens; Social Media Manager Will Parisi; Network Coordinator Jennifer Parisi; Membership Manager Casey Lee; Lead Master Performance Coach Steve Leo; Master Performance Coach Eric Mitchell; and Master Performance Coach John Cirilo. Bill Parisi is an internationally recognized performance coach and fitness business expert. Carol Punchello is the operational and marketing leader for Parisi Speed School and is a life-long athlete and competitive bodybuilder, powerlifter and strongman. George Stephens worked for the Detroit Red Wings in merchandise operations and marketing for more than a decade and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Madonna University. Will Parisi is a Don Bosco Prep graduate, a four-year basketball player at Salve Regina University, and launched his own basketball training business. Jennifer Parisi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Rutgers College and worked at AT&T in Corporate and National Account Management for 10 years. Casey Lee was awarded Parisi Performance Coach of the Year in October 2014, became the youngest Master Coach in the Parisi network from 2014–2017, and has 7 years of experience as a Parisi Program Director. Steve Leo holds multiple professional certifications, has years of coaching experience, and graduated with a degree in Sports Management from Centenary College after majoring in Exercise Sciences at Northeastern University. Eric Mitchell began coaching in 1990 with a high school track program and spent 16 years coaching athletes from elementary school to the National Football League. John Cirilo is a highly decorated Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and Gulf War Veteran, designed and implemented physical training programs for Marines, served as Director of Training at Spine and Sports Care in Elmwood Park, and has trained over 1,000 athletes including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes.

Parisi Speed School is described as the leader in safe youth sport performance training. Casey Lee’s Parisi Performance Coach of the Year award was a national award with an applicant pool of more than 450 coaches. The Parisi Program is also a training system for coaches looking to impact the youth market, grow their reach and increase revenue, and Parisi provides ongoing courses and certifications for coaches. Parisi offers Affiliate Opportunities to start a Parisi speed training program, as well as Parisi All-Access, Mentorship and Masterclass programs for coaches around the world. TRAINHEROIC is offered so athletes can use the Parisi system from anywhere in the world if they are not close to a training location.
