Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio matches young people with caring adult mentors in one-to-one friendships. In these matches, the adult mentors, called “Bigs,” spend time with the youth, called “Littles,” and stand with them in this ongoing relationship. The program creates and supports these one-to-one mentoring relationships as part of its core work.

After 93 years of service, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio has been guided by a consistent belief. The organization has over 1,000 active matches enrolled in its programming. Its leadership team includes Elizabeth Martinez, President and CEO of BBBSCO; Moniqua Spencer, Chief Mission Engagement Officer; Mallory Sickle, Vice President Group Mentoring; and Joe Mulpas, Vice President of Finance. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio is a contracted provider for the Delaware-Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board.
