Summer Camps offers themed, week-long camps for youth ages 6–12. The program includes Arts Camps, Sports Camps, Specialty Camps, Therapeutic Recreation Camps, Outdoor Recreation Camps, and Community Center Playgrounds. Families can register for one session or for the entire summer.

Summer Camp Dates run from 2026-06-08 to 2026-08-14. Online and in-person registration for Outdoor Recreation Camps is on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026. Online and in-person registration for Community Center and Specialty Camps, and for Therapeutic Recreation Camps, is on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026. A confirmation email is sent immediately after online registration, and Summer Camp Forms and Documents are managed with ePACT Network. Inclusion support services are available, one-on-one staffing is not provided, and campers may have a personal support person present on-site with mandatory background checks required. Residents live within the municipal boundaries of Columbus, and non-residents must pay additional fees. Columbus Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to adjust or cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment and unforeseen circumstances. Campers must be picked up by the end of the specified pick-up time, and late pick-up fees apply.

Columbus Recreation and Parks Department reserves the right to adjust or cancel camps due to insufficient enrollment and unforeseen circumstances. Campers must be picked up by the end of the specified pick-up time; late pick-up fees apply: up to 15 minutes late $15; 15 minutes late or more $15 plus $1 per minute.
