The program has facility hours of Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with the facility closed on Saturday and Sunday. Private lessons are offered for 30 minutes and 1 hour. Students check in using the Zen Planner Member App. Camps use Sawyer for event registrations and payments, and current martial arts members can use code membersonly10 for a 10% camp discount. The camp cancellation policy gives a full account credit for cancellations made 14 or more days in advance, a 50% credit for cancellations made 7 or more days in advance, and no credit for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or for individual day cancellations.
