RedTail Junior Golf Camp and Junior Club/Academy offers Junior Golf Camps, Weekend Junior Clinics, springbreak Junior Golf Camps, summer Junior Golf Camps, Full-Day Camps, and Half-Day Camps. The program also includes Junior Friday League, Interclub Tournaments, the RedTail Jr. Travel team, Junior Private Lessons, One-on-One Private Lessons, and ongoing training through the RedTail Junior Academy, RedTail Junior Club, and RedTail Junior Elite.

The mission of the RedTail Junior Golf Academy is building confidence, inspiring good sportsmanship and creating a positive learning environment. The RedTail Junior Club/Academy has been recognized as one of the Top 50 junior programs in the country by U.S. Kids Golf for more than 10 years running. Junior golf instructors receive in-depth training and education as well as unique certifications specifically related to junior golf, and they are described as personable, energetic and fun with an exceptional ability to connect with their students and influence them as positive role models. Families can also access a Junior Camp Referral Bonus that offers RedTail $$ for referring a friend, a Jr. Multi-Camp Discount that saves $30 off each additional camp, and a Free 1 Hour Private Lesson for first-time lesson students.
Craig Zimmerman, the General Manager and founder of the RedTail Jr. Golf Club/Academy, is one of an extremely select group to have been awarded the Master's Kids Teacher honor and has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the Top 100 Teachers in Oregon. The leadership team lists Craig Zimmerman as General Manager and founder of the RedTail Jr. Golf Club/Academy and Wes Gribas as Assistant General Manager, and Craig Zimmerman and Wes Gribas oversee the entire junior program.
