Free Spirit Yoga Ninja Play

Free Spirit Yoga Ninja Play offers Kids Ninja Classes, Kids Yoga Classes, Kids Camps, Open Play, Birthday Parties, Ninja Night, Adult Yoga Classes, and Events. Kids Ninja Classes include dynamic obstacle course circuits. Kids Yoga Classes use breath, movement, and mindfulness. Open Play includes climbing, swinging, sliding, and exploring the ninja gym with ropes, nets, rock walls, and obstacles.

Programs

• Kids Ninja Classes — Ages 10 months – 13 years · Babies, toddlers, and kids navigate dynamic obstacle course circuits improving balance, coordination, speed, strength, and courage.
• Kids Yoga Classes — Ages 3 - 13 · Through breath, movement, and mindfulness, families, kids, and tweens strengthen body and mind while enjoying meaningful bonding time.
• Kids Camps — Ages 4 – 13 · Drop-off camps offered year-round and all summer long where kids level-up their ninja and yoga skills, make new friends, and have a blast.
• Open Play — Ages 10 months – 13 years · Climb, swing, slide, and explore the ninja gym with ropes, nets, rock walls, and obstacles.
• Birthday Parties — Ages 1 – 13 · Private parties with set-up and clean-up included, plus coach-led ninja games, races, and bubbles.
• Ninja Night — Ages 6 – 13 · Drop-off evenings with obstacle races, team games, and nonstop fun.
• Adult Yoga Classes — All levels · Inclusive yoga classes focused on functional movement and holistic healing.
• Events — Adults, families, and kids · Ninja competitions, seasonal events, and adult yoga and family yoga events.
