Method Sports Center offers activities that include open gyms, birthday parties, camps, preschool gymnastics classes, youth recreation gymnastics classes from beginner to advanced, competitive gymnastics (USAG levels 2–10), cheer, tumbling, TnT, Friday Night Open Gym, Sunday Afternoon Open Gym, Pre-Team, Girls Team, OOA Competitive Team, Pre-School Rec Gymnastics, Tricking Gymnastics, Beginning Cheer, and Super Summer Camps.
