Stephens Elite Basketball offers basketball training through training sessions, one on one sessions, small group sessions, Skills Academy, a monthly academy, drop-ins, camps, and club teams. The program includes structured practice and tournament play as part of its club sports options.
• Ages: 8–18 years old
Stephens Elite Basketball was founded in 2022. All coaches and trainers have experience at the college level, from Division 1 to NAIA. The mission of Stephens Elite Basketball is to build student athletes up through a shared passion for sports and meaningful mentorship. Training sessions allow student athletes to get more direct attention and focus on specific skill sets, and training can be guided by coaches or based on specific skills chosen by athletes. The monthly academy is a structured practice environment where athletes can develop a variety of skills, and drop-ins are available for those who cannot make every session. Camps are special events that offer intense training and development over a few days, and club teams include structured practice, tournament play, and a strong team environment. The Skills Academies are designed to push student athletes to their limits. Chris Stephens leads the program and writes a monthly newsletter titled “A Letter From Chris.” The program describes its coaches and staff as dedicated to providing an engaging, exciting, and community oriented experience, and it highlights the community built by coaches, staff, and student athletes as something special that it hopes to share with more passionate athletes.
