NGTC Gymnastics offers gymnastics pre-school, recreational gymnastics, and team gymnastics, along with tumbling, trampoline tricks, and balance beam challenges. The program also hosts birthday parties, Parent's Night Out, Open Gym, Summer Camp, and fun games. All participants at NGTC, under 18 years old, must have a current account and waiver.

• Schedule: Birthday parties on Saturdays and Sundays; Parent's Night Out Open Gym every other Saturday evening; Summer Camp offered July 14–18 and July 28–August 1 with half-day and full-day options
