Hillsboro Rush describes Developmental Soccer as the recreational level and entry way into programs for the youngest players, available for Kinder through 8th grade, with game time and sessions twice a week run by volunteer coaches. The Competitive Soccer pathway starts with the youngest players born in 2017 within the NextGen Program and continues up to players born in 2007, and the Competitive Program is described as promoting excellence with emphasis on long term development and sportsmanship. Hillsboro Rush is joining MLS NEXT for the 2025–26 season for U13 to U19 boys’ teams, and MLS NEXT is described as offering top-tier competition focusing on long-term player growth and sportsmanship. Registration for the Spring Girls Skills Camp is planned to open in Spring 2026, and some camps are designed specifically for female players.

Hillsboro Rush provides a professional service to almost 3,000 boys and girls aged from 4 to 19 years old and aims to become Hillsboro’s full service soccer club. Hillsboro Rush (formerly Hillsboro Soccer Club) has been located within the Hillsboro area since 1975, and Hillsboro Rush has 155 Rush Clubs worldwide. The club states that all coaches complete background checks, safesport certification, and concussion training, are regularly evaluated, and that the club invests in all coaches’ development pathway. The leadership team includes DOC Oscar Monteblanco, who has been named Head Coach of PCC Panthers.

Hillsboro Rush has created a member base of hundreds of volunteers who aid certified coaches in creating programming for every level of play, and it offers camps for players within the community whether club affiliated or not. The College Advisory Program (CAP) is described as guiding families and clubs through the recruitment process, with full-time Regional CAP Directors providing specific year-by-year information regardless of intention to play soccer in college. The stated mission in Hillsboro is to develop the whole player and build community through the game of soccer.
