About

LEGO Camps use LEGO Education Spike kits so students can create and code through different independently paced units. During camp, students learn how they can use robotics to solve real-world problems, create exciting new inventions, learn the fundamental principles of engineering, and learn to collaborate with their partner. Each day, students build on the skills they learned the previous day, preparing them for the next level of LEGO Robotics.

• Schedule: LEGO Beginner and Intermediate camps are half days, Monday through Friday.
• Price: LEGO camps are offered at no cost to students this year.

Oregon Tech is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. One week of camp will be held off-site in Chiloquin. Snacks are provided throughout each camp session, and students are welcome to bring a lunch from home to either the morning or afternoon camp. Campers must meet age or grade requirements on or before the first day of camp, with no exceptions to age limits, and both camper and parent or guardian must sign a Camper Code of Conduct document and return it to the Coordinator on the first day of camp. The program is led by Mary-Jane Owen, Associate Director, EPO.
