About
Dragon Golf Instruction offers individual golf instruction that includes full swing analysis, putting, chipping, and sand game work. The program uses state-of-the-art video analysis with tour pro comparison to provide visual feedback and drills, along with Flightscope X3 radar, Capto putting analysis, and JC Video Pressure Mapping.
• Schedule: Studio open 9am–10pm on March 23 and 24; closed the rest of that week; closed March 30–April 5; schedule is full from 3pm–10pm Monday to Friday.
• Price: NEW LESSON RATES AS OF 1st DECEMBER 2025: 15 lessons $1200; 5 lessons $425; Single $90
Dragon Golf Instruction is led by Teaching Professional Meurig Morgan. Meurig Morgan played on the Junior National Team in Wales, became an instructor at the Wernddu Golf Center near Abergavenny, and played on various professional tours around the globe. He has been a teaching professional at GolfTec in San Jose and at a number of clubs in the Chicago area, has taught over 25,000 lessons, and has had students win amateur and professional events across the US and Europe. Since 2015, DGI junior students have won 486 tournaments on tours including US Kids, Oregon Junior Golf, OSAA, AJGA, USGA, and FCG. Dragon Golf Instruction has been acknowledged by Golf Digest and peers as one of the Best Teachers in the State of Oregon for 2026/2027. The stated mission is: “All Dragon Golf Instruction needs from you is EFFORT and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE towards learning.”
