BaxterSports Camps offers youth sports camps, clinics, coaching, and consulting that teach techniques and tactics of sports along with positivity, good nutrition, and the importance of community. The camps include Spring Break sessions that combine indoor and outdoor activities and Winter Break camps held all day in a gym, mixing traditional sports with creative games. Campers are grouped by age range, generally in small groups with kids at similar ages and skill levels, and the organization stresses nutrition, proper stretching, positive thinking, and the mental game along with skill-building and learning the game.

Owner and Director Brian Baxter is a mental performance coach, sport psychology consultant, athlete, coach, and parent with over 20 years of experience in youth sports and is the founder of BaxterSports – Camps, Clinics, Coaching, and Consulting. The leadership team also includes Executive Assistant Tiare Farris; Director of Programing and Staffing Blake Jackson (Coach Blake); Director of Coaching Dupree (Coach Dupree); and Head Coach and Program Director Jake Weiss (Coach Jake), who is described as a certified coach in multiple endeavors. BaxterSports states that it is part of an amazing and supportive community and stresses the importance of community and creating a sense of community in its programs.
