Ethos Music Center Summer Camps include music activities such as private lessons, group classes, ensembles, and ukulele. The program also offers field trips, live performances, rehearsals, presentations, and large group gatherings as part of its music experiences. Participants may also take part in classes, workshops, and demonstrations connected to on-site music classes and after-school programs.

Founded in 1998 in Portland, Oregon, Ethos facilitates music outreach programs for students in underserved rural and urban areas in Oregon and offers culturally-responsive music education for immigrant youth. The organization partners with students, families, and community advocates to identify and remove barriers to music education and brings music to school assemblies, community events, and educational spaces. Ethos has been named one of the top 50 after-school arts programs in the U.S. eight times since 2003 by the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities.
The leadership team includes Acting Executive Director Megan Moran, Admissions Manager Jamal Alqassam, Finance & Operations Specialist Estacada Thorsen, Instrument Program Intern Maya Brown, Instrument & Facilities Manager/Summer Camp Director Fyre Killsright Daway, Program Director Lauren Coons, Admissions, Volunteer, and Marketing Coordinator Alberto Rincon-Pardo, and Development Coordinator Adrian Leyva. The Board of Directors includes Brian Dueltgen, Anneliese Davis (President), Dr. Marina Merrill, Susan Daigle, Ralph Austin (Treasurer), Lauren Weisskirk, Arusi Couser, and Kyra Hazilla. Staff credentials include graduate and undergraduate studies in areas such as community music, music theory and composition, musicology, vocal performance, music education, and sonic art and music production, as well as training in electric engineering technology and business administration.
Ethos states that all students deserve access to the benefits of music education regardless of socioeconomic status, geographic location, abilities, religion, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Unique features of the organization include sliding scale music lessons, culturally-responsive music education for immigrant youth, and music outreach programs for underserved rural and urban areas in Oregon. The organization also notes that its recital hall is available as a venue for events and that it is open to events on Saturday and Sunday by request.
