Junior Programming at Eastmoreland Golf Course includes Junior Golf Camps and participation in the PGA Junior League. The Junior Golf Camps are described as a golf enrichment program designed exclusively for the development of the junior golfer. PGA Jr. League is described as bringing friends, families, and communities together through golf.

• Ages: 7–17 years old
• Schedule: All classes are 3 days; PGA Junior League registration runs January 9 – April 30, with the PGA Junior League schedule from May 2025 – July 2025
• Price: Junior Golf Camps: $275; PGA Junior League: $370 per player

The camps welcome boys and girls ages 7–17 of all athletic abilities, golf experience, and competitive desire. Participants in the camps learn golf starting close to the hole and then work their way further and further from the hole. The program is under the direction of Eastmoreland PGA Professional Ray Comella, with a leadership team that includes Ray Comella, Kylen Trevor, Jarred Gomez, Skyler Nichols, Jake Bader, Joe Crook, JR Allen, Mark Mackie, and Zach Sickler. KemperSports is a partner with the City of Portland and Portland Parks & Recreation.
