Heron Lakes Junior Golf Programs

Heron Lakes Junior Golf Programs include Junior Golf clinics, Junior Golf Camps, PGA Junior Golf Camps, and PGA Junior League. The PGA Junior Golf Camps use a combination of daily hands-on instruction and on-course play, and kids are segmented into smaller groups for game development. In PGA Junior League, kids wear numbered jerseys and play in a team scramble format.

• Ages: 9–17 years old
• Schedule: PGA Junior Golf Camps run Monday–Friday from 9am–12pm on June 22–26, July 6–10, July 20–24, and August 3–7; the PGA Junior League season runs May–July with practices on Tuesdays from 4pm–6pm and one match each week on a weekend afternoon
• Price: $325 per junior for PGA Junior Golf Camps; $270 per junior for PGA Junior League

The PGA Junior Golf Camps offer first-in-class PGA instruction and welcome kids ages 9–16 and of all ability levels in a safe and supportive environment. Full day camps are available at Heron Lakes throughout the summer. The PGA Junior League allows boys and girls ages 17 and under to learn and play golf as a team in a scramble format that encourages sportsmanship.

All programs feature PGA instruction and expert coaching from PGA and LPGA Professionals. PGA Teaching Professional Jason Basile leads the camps, and the leadership team includes Kylen Trevor (Regional General Manager), Jarred Gomez (Regional Sales & Marketing Director), Skyler Nichols (Property Controller), Jake Bader (Director of Instruction), Joe Crook (Director of Operations – Colwood), JR Allen (Director of Operations – Eastmoreland), Mark Mackie (Director of Operations – Heron Lakes), and Zach Sickler (Director of Operations – Rose City). KemperSports partners with the City of Portland and Portland Parks & Recreation, and its regional team helps manage four Portland Parks golf properties connected to these programs.
