United PDX Summer Camps offers summer soccer camps for players ages 6 to 12. Campers work on technical and tactical abilities, and coaches use different fundamental parts of the game in daily situations and exercises. Each day ends with a World Cup tournament, and the final tournament is on Friday.

About the provider
The camps are led by Trevor Tharp and Jon Wilkins, United PDX Youth Development Directors. Trevor Tharp holds a USSF B License and was named OYSA Recreational Coach of the Year in 2018. United PDX serves nearly 2,500 girl and boy youth soccer players between ages 4 and 19, has about 350 adult volunteers, and employs roughly 70 licensed coaches.
Campers will be encouraged to develop their technical and tactical abilities in an age- and developmentally appropriate environment. Each day, the coaches will provide situations and exercises related to a different fundamental part of the game. Coaches will work with players to develop their technical ability and deepen their understanding of the game. The camps end each day with a World Cup tournament, culminating with a final on Friday. More information will be sent to all campers the week before the camp.
