Youth Jiu Jitsu offers classes for ages 5-7 and ages 8+. The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30-5:30 PM for ages 5-7, and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30-6:30 PM for ages 8+, with both age groups meeting Saturday from 10:00-11:00 AM. Parents are always welcome to stay and watch practice, and new prospective students are invited to attend a free trial class.
