Prineville Jiu-Jitsu offers Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training, including Adult Jiu-Jitsu, Kids Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi classes, MMA classes, and adult fundamentals. The program also includes a kids program that focuses on Jiu-Jitsu for children and teens.

Prineville Jiu-Jitsu was founded in 2024 as the first and only Jiu-Jitsu and MMA gym in Prineville and is an affiliate gym of Cascao Jiu-Jitsu. As an affiliate of Cascao, Prineville Jiu-Jitsu is an IBJJF recognized gym, which gives students access to IBJJF events and competitions. Cascao Jiu-Jitsu is headquartered in Las Vegas, where Walter "Cascao" Vital, owner of the Cascao gyms, lives and teaches.
The leadership team includes coach Chris Acarregui, who started martial arts at age 18 with Shotokan Karate, earned a 2nd degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate, and holds a 1st-degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Co-leader Blaine Noland is a native of Prineville, has multiple successful businesses, and brought Prineville its first and only Jiu-Jitsu and MMA gym. Instructor Bowdey Dye started Jiu-Jitsu at Joint Lock BJJ in Redmond 5 years ago, teaches adult fundamentals, and heads up the kids program. Instructor Adam Mack started training 3 years ago with Joint Lock BJJ, has a background in extreme endurance sports and other combative disciplines, and helps with fundamentals and No-Gi classes. Instructor Chace Mchone has wrestled since 3rd grade, started Muay Thai and MMA training 8 years ago with Casimiro Meliton and Alex Corrales, has trained fighters at Left Coast MMA alongside Alex, has multiple MMA fights, will be teaching MMA classes, and will help with Jiu-Jitsu.
