Illahe Hills Country Club Junior Golf Lessons offers golf instruction through individual golf lessons, group golf lessons, and junior lessons. The program also includes playing lessons on the course, a series of 4 junior lessons, and a series of 5 individual lessons. Trackman golf instruction and Trackman club fitting are available with Trackman certified golf professionals.

Illahe Hills Country Club offers a year-round, full-service, multi-activity facility that includes a private golf course, golf simulator, 6 indoor private pickleball courts, 3 indoor private tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a fitness room, a swimming pool, a putting course, and a clubhouse with a full-service restaurant. The club uses Trackman technology for club fitting and instruction, and members receive Trackman session numbers and measurements by email in PDF format. The leadership team includes roles such as General Manager, Head Golf Professional, Golf Course Superintendent, Tournament Director, Director of Instruction, Executive Chef, Finance Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Event Sales Manager, Membership Sales Manager, and Administrative Assistant. The club’s mission states that it was founded on tradition and excellence and offers access to golf, social events, and memberships, and it has been a cornerstone of the Salem community for decades. The history of the organization notes that efforts to form Illahe Hills Country Club began in 1959, with the first official steering committee meeting held on May 4, 1959, and proposed articles of incorporation and bylaws presented by May 11 of that year.
