Salem Swim School offers Baby & Me – Little Pups for children as young as 2 months old, along with Baby & Me, Group 1 (Level 1 & Level 2), Group 2 (Level 3 & Level 4), Group 3 (Level 5 & Level 6), Group 4 (Level 7 & Level 8), and pre-swim team lessons. Group 3 includes freestyle, backstroke, beginning treading water, and continuous swims, and it is for swimmers who have mastered roll over breathing with big arms and kicks and are ready to learn freestyle.
