It is a full contact football camp for high school offensive and defensive linemen, with instruction that focuses on fundamentals of footwork, hand placement, and positioning taught by former NFL linemen.

• Ages: 14–18 years old
• Schedule: 3-day camp with multiple on-field sessions each day
• Price: $470.00 for individuals; $370.00 for teams; team rate (4 players or more from the same school) can save $100 on each registration; registrations for fund-raising can be purchased from Trench Camp for $125.00; Grand Hotel current rates: Deluxe King $199 plus tax, Deluxe DQ (Double Queen) $209 plus tax, DQ Suite $229 plus tax.

Campers are required to bring their own helmets, shoes, shells when needed, pads for full contact, and a mouthpiece, and the camp does not offer rental equipment. All campers are required to bring their own lunch on Friday and Saturday, and the camp provides water and Gatorade for all meals and breaks. It is also suggested that campers bring water, snacks, and sunscreen.

Trench Camp is coached almost exclusively by former NFL players. The staff includes Stan Brock (offensive line), a 16-year NFL veteran lineman, New Orleans Saints Hall of Fame member, co-founder of Trench Camp, and former Division-1 head football coach; Neil Elshire (defensive line), who played six years as a defensive end with the Minnesota Vikings; Kevin Gogan, a 5-time All Pro and 2-time Super Bowl Champion with the Dallas Cowboys on the offensive line; Mark Asper (offensive line), who played with the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, and Jacksonville Jaguars and played college football at Oregon; Willie Brock (offensive line), who played with the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions; and Trey Adams III (offensive line), an All American at the University of Washington and free agent signee with the Buffalo Bills.

Stan Brock developed and introduced Trench Camp after being invited to attend a national football camp in Tennessee in 2010, and the first Trench Camp launched in 2011 in Portland, Oregon. Year 15 of Trench Camp is set for 2026. Trench Camp states its mission as inspiring the next generation of high school linemen through character and skill development, and notes that this mission is shared by the coaches who guide the camps.

Trench Camp describes itself as the nation’s premier high school football camp for linemen and a premiere camp in the country for high school offensive and defensive linemen. It offers a limited number of scholarships for each camp with decisions made on a player-by-player basis, and scholarship applications must be submitted by no later than January 1, 2019. Team discount rates require approval from a coach and a minimum of four players from the same school attending Trench Camp, and schools can purchase registrations for fund-raising and keep all proceeds raised. At camp completion, T-shirts are handed out and there are team pictures and autographs.

Trench Camp states that it is proud to be associated with a number of partners. Testimonials describe Trench Camp as one of the best lineman camps a player has attended, note plans from a high school head coach to bring entire offensive and defensive lines, and mention a family traveling from Alaska and being impressed by the level of true fundamentals taught by Stan Brock and the NFL coaching staff.
