Brass Ring Learning Center

Brass Ring Learning Center offers an Infant Program for 6 weeks to 12 months, a Tweener/Young Toddler Program for 13 months to 2 years, a Toddler Program for 24 months to 3 years, a Preschool/Pre-K Program for 3 to 5 years, and a Kindergarten Readiness Program. The Toddler Program includes outdoor play, music, and art, and the Kindergarten Readiness Program teaches pre-reading skills, math concepts, writing skills, and social interaction skills.

About the provider

Brass Ring Learning Center was founded in 1991. The center says it provides families with high quality child care and early learning at an affordable price, and that it is educationally and developmentally based while aiming to nurture social, emotional, and physical growth and provide challenges and educational experiences. It is a participant in the Keystone Stars “Excellence in Early Education” program and was voted Best of the Best 2021 for daycare and learning centers in South West Allegheny County by Trib Media Live.

Staff members complete screening that includes application, criminal history background checks by FBI and PA State Police, child abuse clearances through Pennsylvania Child Line, physical including TB screening, personal and work references, and verification of education. All staff members are certified in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid. All staff are instructed yearly in Fire Safety.
