Komotion Dance Program

Komotion Dance Program offers Ballet, Pointe, Hiphop, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Tap, and Acro for ages 3 and up. Pre-level programs and levels are based on age or grade, and classes except Acro and Pointe are formed based on age, not ability.

• Peer Leadership Program — Eligible Komotion dancers have the opportunity to enroll. Peer Leaders assist with classes each week and at events and performances.

About the provider

Komotion Dance Program was established in 2015. It is founded on the principles of superior dance education, leadership development, and multicultural appreciation. Eligible Komotion dancers can enroll in the Peer Leadership Program, where Peer Leaders assist with classes each week and at events and performances. The program also participates in performance opportunities at many community events throughout the year and hosts a charity performance and an end-of-year recital annually.

Classes (except for Acro and Pointe) are formed based on age, not ability. Classes are generally not open for observation, but caregivers are invited into classrooms once per month for Caregiver Observation Week. There is no penalty to drop/add classes from week 1 through December 1. Registration Fee $45 per dancer, per year. Sibling discount: 15%.
