About

Jump Rope Camp focuses on teaching kids how to jump rope. The program includes camps and clinics that center on jump rope skills.

• Ages: 4–14 years old
• Schedule: Week long camps during the summer and one day clinics throughout the school year

Jump Rope Camp has been in the camp and clinic business since the summer of 2008. The program is led by Camp Director and Head Coach Justin Pillmore. The majority of the counselors have been through rigorous training to teach the skills that kids learn at camp. The stated mission is to make sure each child has a positive experience while learning a lifelong sport such as jump rope, and to teach children the importance of how to stay healthy while having fun and learning different skills along the way.

Parents have shared feedback such as calling it their favorite camp, describing it as unique and well run, and noting that their kids come home with smiles and excitement (Laura, Facebook). Another parent reported that a 9-year-old loved her first experience at Jump Rope Camp and was impressed by the level of learning in one week (Stacy, Facebook). A parent whose four children have attended for seven years described the staff as bringing a high level of energy and fun every day to teach skills and showmanship to various levels of jumpers (Elizabeth, Facebook). The program also states that it offers customer service by phone or email 365 days a year for questions about orders, camps, or the jump rope team, with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction, and always provides free shipping with delivery in 3–5 business days.
