The Greensburg YMCA lists the following leadership for its programs and services: Executive Director Tyler Liebmann, Adult Care Services Director Tammy Carota, Director of Membership Debby King, Director of Sports, Wellness & Aquatics Brenda Willett, Director of Early Childhood Learning Stephanie Sites, Gymnastics Coordinator Amy White, and Interim CEO Amy Kienle. The organization states that it is a non-profit, charitable organization open to all people, regardless of age, sex, race, religion, ability, or income, with a mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body for all. The YMCA also notes a community initiative called “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” scheduled to return on April 23, 2026. One parent testimonial describes a child named Maddox, who is autistic and attends swimming at the Greensburg YMCA every Wednesday, and mentions that Ms. Kris and her staff are described by the parent as “so wonderful with him and understanding.”
