Greater Philadelphia YMCA Youth Programs and Summer Camps include activities such as swimming, swim lessons, sports, art projects, nature exploration, and field trips. The program also gives participants access to group exercise options such as yoga, pilates, cycle, BodyPUMP, Zumba, HIIT, aquacise, and bootcamp. At the Pottstown YMCA branch, families can use an indoor pool, a strength and cardio fitness center, an indoor track, child-watch and KidZone/babysitting, a family changing room, an outdoor playground, and an accessible swimming pool.

Certified instructors provide personal training and swim lessons. Members have access to state-of-the-art equipment in the gym, world-class swimming pools, unlimited exercise classes, 2-hour free KidZone care while at the facility, online exercise classes, and thousands of on-demand classes through the YMCA360 mobile app, which also allows check-in, viewing schedules, tracking workouts, joining challenges, earning points, and redeeming app prizes. The program includes summer camp with traditional and specialty camp options, as well as an overnight camp at Camp Speers YMCA where kids can unplug and connect to nature, fun, and new friendships.
