Power & Grace Gymnastics Summer Camp

Power & Grace Gymnastics Summer Camp offers summer gymnastics camp sessions that include gymnastics training and skill training. The program includes classes for a full spectrum of gymnastics, with options such as a Preschool Program, classes for the school age gymnast, the WildCats competitive cheer team, the Power & Grace Diamonds competitive program for girls, and the Xcel Team for the “recreational competitor.” Camp activities take place in a gym that includes 2 spring floors, multiple loose foam pits, a Channel Bar, Pit Bar, Strap Bar, and multiple tramp beds.

• Schedule: 3 days of workout time over a Friday–Sunday session

The camp session runs Friday from 1:00–6:00 with a 20-minute snack break, Saturday from 9:00–4:00 with a lunch break, and Sunday from 9:00–3:00 with a lunch break, with lunch served and included in the price on Saturday and Sunday. The summer camp is specifically for the gymnast who desires to be competitive and includes experienced, knowledgeable staff, with coaches from around the region in attendance.

Power & Grace Gymnastics states that it specializes in the developing child and that while at the gym, a child will improve in strength, coordination, and balance.
