Free educational classes for youth, adults, and families are held throughout the year, and programming is free with recognition given to hunters and anglers. The leadership team includes David Parker (Director), Derek Klawitter (Group and Homeschool Coordinator), Raghav Sriram Yogeeswari (School Coordinator), Sandy Richter (Community and Special Event Coordinator), Jeff Merkle (Weekend and Night Manager), Jean Olson (Senior Secretary), Jason Nelson (Outreach Coordinator), and Paige (O’Farrell) Schultz (Volunteer Coordinator).

Use of this equipment requires specific use or loan agreements, and some items have defined checkout periods, such as up to 5 days for Canada Goose Field Decoy Loaner Trailers, up to 2 weeks for life jackets and live traps, and up to 1 week for waterfowl loaner bags and the Action Trackchair trailer. Programming notes that Canada Goose Field Decoy Loaner Trailers were made available in part by donors Jan Nicolay (in memory of Jerry Nicolay) and Delta Waterfowl – Sioux Falls, and it reminds participants to have a valid hunting license and understand all rules and regulations prior to going hunting.
