HCI Sports & Fitness Youth Programs include basketball, rock climbing, pickleball, yoga, vinyasa yoga, spin, rhythmic ride, cardio, circuit, restore, barre, pilates, strength, boxing, and conditioning. The program also offers youth leagues, skill camps, and private lessons that use performance-based training methods led by Athletes in Motion coaches using science-driven methods. Adult leagues are also available at the same facility.
• Schedule: Facility hours run Monday–Friday from 5:00AM–9:00PM and Saturday–Sunday from 7:00AM–8:00PM, with Kidcare available at set times throughout the week and rock climbing offered on Saturday–Sunday from 10:00AM–3:00PM.
• Price: No Joining Fee, All of January
Performance-based training programs in these youth offerings are led by Athletes in Motion coaches using science-driven methods. The facility also hosts birthday parties and events and offers a member app to book studio classes, view real-time schedules, and scan in, as well as a day pass option. The program is part of a broader setting described as A Place For Community.
