Crossfire Gymnastics

Crossfire Gymnastics offers playgroups with gymnastics instruction, obstacle courses, songs and stretching, games, and free time in the gym. It also offers Little Tots classes with listening skills, following directions, problem-solving, motor skills, coordination, and beginning gymnastics. Other offerings include girls beginning, intermediate, and advanced gymnastics, Ninja Academy, and advanced tumbling classes.

Programs

• Playgroups — walking up to 5 years old · mornings during the school year · $40 per month · Parent supervised activity. Includes gymnastics instruction, obstacle courses, songs and stretching, games, and free time in the gym. $5 for each additional sibling.
• Little Tots — 3-4 years · $84 per month · Coed class focused on listening skills, following directions, problem-solving, motor skills, coordination, and beginning gymnastics. 45 minute class; 1 class per week.
• Girls Beginning Gymnastics — 5 & up · $88 per month
• Girls Intermediate Gymnastics — 6 & up · $100 per month · For girls with previous gymnastics experience who have mastered beginning skills and are ready for more difficult challenges. 75 minute class; 1 class per week.
• Girls Advanced Gymnastics — 6 & up · $120 per month · For girls with previous gymnastics experience who have mastered intermediate skills and are ready for more difficult challenges and skills on all apparatus. 90 minute class; 1 class per week.
• Ninja Academy — 3 & 4 (Junior ninja); 5 & up (Ninja) · $84–$88 per month · Gymnastics-based program blending obstacle training, gymnastics, tumbling, parkour, and fitness. Junior ninja is 45 minutes; Ninja is 55 minutes. 1 class per week.
• Advanced Tumbling Classes — 6 & up · $88 per month · Focuses on basic tumbling skills on floor and trampoline with hands-on spotting. 55 minute class; 1 class per week.
• Advanced Tumbling Classes — 6 & up · $88 per month

About the provider

Crossfire Gymnastics was established in 2011. It is owned and operated by Lisa Mueller, who is a member of USA Gymnastics and the Professional Development Program and is USAG Safety Certified. The staff list includes Chelsea Linton, Mckenzie Eddy, Ashley Worrell, Ashli Grossaint, Kate Raley, Chloe Siqueiros, Noani Griffis, Petie Pierre, Stephanie Bell-Turner, Susan Real, Mollie Ford, Maddie Trexler, Lindsey Quintana, Lauren Whitney, Leasha Stygler, Ryleigh Vela, and Maghan McWilliams.

Playgroups are a parent supervised activity; an adult must be in the gym with their child at all times.
