Crossfire Gymnastics offers gymnastics and competitive gymnastics, along with ninja training activities connected to its Ninja Pro Shop. The program includes access to a gymnastics and ninja pro shop that serves both gymnasts and Ninja Warriors with training gear and apparel. The pro shop carries items such as leotards, scrunchies, shorts, shirts, accessories, and durable equipment intended to build strength, speed, and coordination.

Crossfire Gymnastics was established in 2011. Owner and Head Team Coach Lisa Mueller began gymnastics at age 10, competed until age 18, and started coaching competitive gymnastics in 1985, later moving to Boerne in 2009 and opening a gymnastics facility in 2010. The leadership team includes Lisa Mueller (Owner & Head Team Coach), Chelsea Linton (Managing Director), Mckenzie Eddy (Academy Program Manager/Team Coach), Ashley Worrell (Office Operations Manager & Team Dance Coach), and Lauren Whitney (Competitive Team Manager/Coach).
Staff credentials include backgrounds in competitive gymnastics, cheer, dance, athletic training, early childhood development, and related fields. Several staff members hold USAG Safety Certified or USAG Safe Sport Certified status, and some are Tough Coaching or Emotional Abuse Certified. Stephanie Bell-Turner is a NAWG Judge rated to judge NCAA athletes and college gymnastics, and Lisa Mueller is a member of USA Gymnastics and the Professional Development Program. The mission of Crossfire Gymnastics is to provide quality gymnastics in a fun and healthy environment to develop confident children through the challenges of gymnastics, with a stated dedication to inspiring confidence and strength in children in a supportive, fun, and health-focused environment.
