Future Set Tech Camp offers Mini-Games with Scratch, Arcade Games with Scratch, Racing Games with Scratch, Minecraft Modding, Beginning Python, Platform Games with GDevelop, Survivor Games with GDevelop, Adventure Games with GDevelop, First-Person Games with GDevelop, and Virtual Reality Coding. The program serves ages 8+ for the Scratch and Minecraft Modding offerings, ages 10+ for Beginning Python and several GDevelop game projects, and ages 12+ for First-Person Games with GDevelop and Virtual Reality Coding.

At a glance
- Ages: 8–18 years old
- General schedule: Monday through Thursday; half-day only. Morning Camp: 9 AM - 12 PM. Afternoon Camp: 1 PM - 4 PM.
About the provider
Eric Bennett is the camp director, lead instructor, and primary parent contact. He has 15+ years of classroom teaching experience in Game Design, Mathematics, Graphic Design, and Physical Education, 8+ years of experience teaching and leading technology-driven summer camps, and is a TEA-certified teacher in high school mathematics through Calculus. He is currently teaching at Lake Travis STEM Academy. Future Set Tech Camp has served families from Austin, Cedar Park, Lakeway, Round Rock, and Leander since 2015.
Low student to teacher ratio of 9 to 1. Uses free and open-source software whenever possible. Does not use mathematics as a prerequisite; integrates math instruction into technology programs.
