Fort Bliss CYS Youth Centers (Milam & Replica Youth Centers)

Fort Bliss CYS Youth Centers (Milam & Replica Youth Centers) offer free after-school and non-student school day programs that include activities such as MYC Painting Ceramics, Youth Led Baking, Creative Expression, 3-D Printing, and Dungeons and Dragons. At Milam Youth Center, youth can also take part in on-going weekly clubs including Sisterhood in Strength, G Code, Torch Club, Youth Council, and Keystone Club, as well as Winter Camp and Open Rec. Both centers operate as middle school and teen centers with scheduled youth programming during the week and on alternating Saturdays.

• Schedule: Free after-school and non-student school day programs, with Milam Youth Center open for youth programming Monday–Friday in the afternoons and evenings and on even Saturdays, and Replica Youth Center open for youth programming on odd Saturdays

Fort Bliss Family & MWR states that its mission is to integrate and deliver Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs and services enabling readiness and resilience for a globally-responsive Army, and describes Family and MWR as a network of support and leisure services for individuals in the Army community.
