Ninja Nation Frisco offers Ninja and Parkour activities, OCR style obstacles, and fun challenges and courses. The program includes open gym, weekly Ninja classes, Ninja day camps, birthday parties, group events, competitions, private lessons, and group bookings. It also offers Mini Heroes instructor-led classes for kids ages 3–5, Ninja Camp, and a Mobile Course that can be brought to events.

• Schedule: Open gym available every hour they are open, with varying hours for summer, school days, and out-of-school days; Ninja Camp offered on holiday breaks and school days off from 9:00 am–3:30 pm
