About
Bear Creek Scout Camp offers activities that include shooting ranges, a swimming pool, natural rock climbing, rappelling the OA Cliff, an auto-belay climbing wall, a zipline, and a COPE course. The camp features the Alamo Area Council’s week-long ScoutsBSA Summer Camp experiences and includes a new auto-belay climbing wall as part of its facilities.

All of the council camping properties that include Bear Creek Scout Camp have successfully met the requirements for Texas State Licensing. These events, adventures, and experiences for Scouts and their families are supported in part through gifts to Give The Adventure by donors.
