Since 1973, Art Center Waco has been described as a catalyst for creativity and cultural enrichment in Waco, Texas, and a cornerstone of Waco’s cultural landscape. The organization presents seven diverse exhibitions each year, including the Annual Art For All Juried Exhibit, the Disability in the Arts community exhibition celebrating artists with disabilities, and the open call for pet-inspired artwork Hounds in the Hulse. Exhibitions are free and open to the public during regular gallery hours, and dynamic programming includes curated art exhibitions, artist talks, panel discussions, and interactive arts education programs.
Art Center Waco is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission statement that says it inspires and enriches through art education, exhibitions, and community engagement. Art Center Waco members receive invitations to special events and discounts on select arts programs, along with special summer camp and rental pricing.
