First Tee – Virginia Blue Ridge offers golf for kids and teens. The program uses golf-based personal growth programs that integrate the game of golf with a life skills curriculum.

• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Fall programs start September 8th

The mission of First Tee – Virginia Blue Ridge is to provide transformational and educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. First Tee – Virginia Blue Ridge is part of a youth development organization that focuses on building the strength of character that empowers participants through a lifetime of new challenges. Through its golf-based personal growth programs, the organization states that kids build life and leadership skills that they can use in school, friendships, and eventually careers. By combining golf with a life skills curriculum, the program creates active learning experiences that focus on inner strength, self-confidence, and resilience.
