Pozez Jewish Community Center of Northern Virginia Youth Programs include activities such as recreational sports, recreational games, Israeli dance, and pickleball. The programs also connect with several camps, including Camp Gadol, Camp Achva, Camp Kesher, and Sunrise Day Camp. Additional offerings at the center include group fitness classes, bootcamps, personal training, infant and toddler swimming, private and semi-private swim lessons, and a private introductory swim lesson.

The programs take place in fitness facilities, an aquatics center and pool, and spaces used for recreational sports, recreational games, pickleball, group fitness classes, and cultural and educational programs. The center also offers Mah Jongg, an American Red Cross Blood Drive, Wine, Jazz & Poetry: A Tu B’Av Celebration of Love, and overnight cultural arts trips. J-Fit’s certified personal trainers lead personal training sessions. Sunrise Day Camp serves children ages 3.5–16 years, Camp Kesher serves neurodiverse teens and adults, Camp Achva serves grades K–10, and Camp Gadol is a one-week, half-day camp experience for active adults ages 55+. The organization states a mission “to build Jewish Connection, Community, and Peoplehood through meaningful opportunities for every individual to explore the boundless potential of Jewish life,” is guided by Jewish values including repairing the world (Tikkun Olam), and has an Inclusion Statement welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, abilities, and faiths. Community involvement includes hosting an American Red Cross Blood Drive and seeking partnership, collaboration, and cooperation as part of a greater community, with stories of impact that highlight Jewish camping, connecting to Israel, families battling pediatric cancer, engaging families with young children, and fostering an inclusive community.
