Fairfax Little League offers baseball programs, softball programs, and a Challenger program, along with activities such as a Home Run Derby and equipment exchange. The program also includes special events and camps such as Stars tryouts, Burke Bulldogs tryouts, Summer Woodson Baseball Camp, Youth Softball Camp at George Mason, free Winter Development softball clinics, HammerZone baseball and softball camps, and Hammerzone baseball clinics for catching, pitching, and hitting. Additional activities include Summer Select 12U H practice and Fairfax Little League Day, as well as Little League Night events connected with local schools.

The Fairfax Little League Home Run Derby is scheduled for 5:00 PM on Saturday, June 6th at the Burke VRE field. Little League Night at Robinson is scheduled for Friday, May 8 at 6:30 PM at the Robinson Varsity Baseball and Softball fields, and Little League Night at Lake Braddock SS is scheduled for Friday, May 1 at 6:30 PM. Fairfax Little League Day is scheduled for April 25th, and Fairfax Little League Days at Dicks are scheduled for March 13–16. Youth Skills Camp at George Mason is scheduled for January 18, 2026, Summer Select 12U H practice is scheduled for July 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM, and the Equipment Exchange is scheduled for August 15, 2026 at 9:00 AM. The program states its mission as supporting youth baseball and softball in the DMV and notes recognition as District 10 Champions. Community involvement activities include Fairfax Little League Days at Dicks and an opportunity to experience Banana Ball at a GMU Basketball Game on November 29.
