School Age Child Care (SACC) and Camp Fairfax offers before-school, after-school, and full-day winter, spring, and summer programs. The program provides care on school days before school from 7 a.m. until school begins and after school from the end of the school day until 6:15 p.m., with service beginning when children are dismissed from school. Full-day winter, spring, and summer programs are offered at a number of consolidated sites throughout the county.

• Schedule: Before- and after-school options Monday–Friday, plus full-day winter, spring, and summer programs
• Price: SACC offers a sliding fee scale for income eligible families.
SACC provides fun, safe and educational care for children in kindergarten through sixth grade before school, after school and during school breaks. Children with special needs are fully included in all SACC centers, and SACC programs at Key and Kilmer Centers serve youth ages 5–21 with multiple types of disabilities. Comprehensive health and safety protocols are followed at all locations. Beyond the Bell is a before- and after-school program offered in partnership with Fairfax County Public Schools. The program states that it provides safe, engaging, high-quality care that supports children’s learning and development while helping meet the child care needs of families. Camp Fairfax offers full-day winter, spring and summer programs at a number of consolidated sites throughout the county. The division director is Chris Scales. USDA is an equal opportunity provider, employer, and lender. Fairfax County’s Neighborhood and Community Services' SACC program is hiring for multiple positions throughout the county.
