About

McLean Youth (MYA) Volleyball offers volleyball programs that include a girls program in the spring and a boys program in the fall. The program includes house leagues for grades 4 through 12, as well as competitive middle and high school leagues. All leagues require an account with Demosphere, a league management software.

• Ages: 9–18 years old
• Schedule: The 2026 Spring Girls volleyball season runs from March through early June.

McLean Youth (MYA) Volleyball is part of a volunteer-run organization that has been serving McLean VA youth since 1954. The program includes both girls and boys volleyball options that are open to both McLean and non-McLean residents, and it focuses on providing student athletes the opportunity to learn, play, and enjoy the sport of volleyball. The organization’s mission is to provide organized sports programs for any child from kindergarten through high school who is interested in playing sports in the McLean community, with an emphasis on sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, competition, skill building, fitness, and a safe and proper environment for these activities. The organization is led by Steve Trembler, MYA President, and has also supported a fundraiser for Isabel Eslinger via GoFundMe.
