McLean Youth (MYA) Volleyball is a volunteer-run organization where kids play and learn the sport of volleyball. The program offers volleyball for both girls and boys and uses OTTO SPORT as its league management software.

McLean Youth (MYA) Volleyball offers a girls volleyball program in the spring and a boys volleyball program in the fall. Volleyball is offered for boys in grades 4th through 8th, and the program does not offer volleyball for boys in 3rd grade or in high school. Programs are open to both McLean and non-McLean residents. The organization is always looking for volunteers to coach teams and help run the program.

Its mission is to provide sports programs for any child, kindergarten through high school, interested in playing sports, with the goal of offering organized sports programs for all children in the McLean community. The mission also states that the organization strives to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, competition, skill building, and fitness to all players, and pledges to provide a safe and proper environment for these activities. The program has been involved in a fundraiser for Isabel Eslinger via GoFundMe to help a 6th grade player undergoing treatments for childhood leukemia.
