Since 1988, Virginia International Gymnastics has provided competitive and recreational gymnastics training and has helped thousands of children in the community grow stronger, more confident, and more coordinated through the sport of gymnastics. The program operates in what it describes as the largest built-for-gymnastics facility in Virginia and offers a free trial class. It is led by experienced, safety-certified coaches and offers a safe, positive environment where athletes can learn, progress, and have fun, with programs that support physical strength, coordination, confidence, discipline, and personal growth at every age and level.
