Richmond United Youth Soccer Programs are part of a club formed when Richmond Strikers and Richmond Kickers Youth joined forces to become one club known as Richmond United. This union makes Richmond United one of the largest youth soccer clubs in the United States and brings 75+ years of successful youth soccer development to Virginia and beyond. Richmond United states that its mission is to elevate its players and community, enrich families, and deliver unparalleled experiences, and its stated purpose is to enable lifelong prosperity for players, parents, staff, and community. The club lists its vision as becoming the most sought after and admired soccer club in the nation, and its values as Respect, Innovation, Success, Excellence, Unity, and being Player-Centric. Richmond United has a Soccer Parenting Resource Center. The Rise Up Fund is Richmond United’s annual campaign to make soccer accessible for all children in the community, and every dollar raised provides financial assistance for players who need it most. Richmond United has announced 2025-26 Impact Partners: Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, Woodfin, Virginia Credit Union, and Ourisman Toyota of Richmond.
